The DVIRC is one of seven Industrial Resource Centers (IRC) in Pennsylvania. Governor Rendell has shown strong support for manufacturers through this important network as part of his economic stimulus. The DVIRC is also part of a national network of centers supported by the U.S. Department of Commerce through the National Institute for Standards and Technology's Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
