About Amanda
Amanda Page is a Warfighter Technologies Liaison with DVIRC, supporting the advancement of defense innovation and technology adoption across the Department of Defense ecosystem.
She brings extensive experience in program management, military medicine, operations, and technology acceleration, with a career spanning senior roles in the U.S. Army, the medical and academic sectors, and the national defense innovation community.
Before joining DVIRC, Amanda spent several years with Montana State University’s MilTech program, where she led multidisciplinary teams advancing technology solutions for DoD customers. As Program Manager I, she oversaw major portfolios, served as Principal Investigator on government-funded projects, strengthened industry and military partnerships, and shaped strategies that expanded MilTech’s capacity and impact.
Earlier, Amanda managed more than 70 medical simulation research initiatives for the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, modernizing training systems and improving readiness across the military. She also held medical administration roles overseeing clinic operations, multimillion-dollar budgets, and large-scale organizational transitions.
A decorated Combat Medic, Amanda served 13 years in the United States Army, supporting missions in Iraq, Afghanistan, and humanitarian operations. She managed medical operations for units up to 58,000 personnel, supervised teams, ensured readiness, and maintained accountability of critical equipment. Her awards include the Bronze Star, seven Army Commendation Medals, and multiple Meritorious Unit Citations.
She holds advanced degrees in organizational leadership, program management, technical management, and healthcare science, and continues to support veterans through leadership roles in community organizations. Amanda is known for her commitment to warfighter needs and her ability to strengthen mission-critical programs through strategic leadership and collaboration.
