Meetings:

• 12 monthly meetings per year where the agendas will be focused on:
  • Members participating in virtual and in-person sessions to share ideas, best practices, and innovative solutions with peers.
  • Dan will be keeping the group up to speed monthly on:
    • Changes in the AI sector, new tools that are being launched, training on how to use AI tools, sharing what he is seeing working with other manufacturers
  • Facilitating discussions on how group members are using AI and advanced technology tools to improve business and process
  • Developing and executing use cases for AI adoption with the members both in the group setting and 1-on-1

  • Depending on demonstrations or focal case studies / use case analysis, we’ll create a lab environment. We’ll ask members to bring their laptops with them to meetings to facilitate that aspect of the interactions and agendas.
