As a result of sustained growth and expanding demand, DVIRC is seeking a consultative, market-facing leader who combines strong business development instincts with a deep appreciation for operational execution and can develop and grow relationships, shape complex engagements, and help scale our work across the region.
This role works closely with the CEO and leadership team and is designed for someone who wants to grow into broader organizational leadership over time.
What You Will Do
- Build and expand relationships with manufacturing leaders across the region.
- Identify new markets, sectors, and growth opportunities.
- Lead consultative sales efforts that turn complex challenges into executable projects.
- Shape and close full-service, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements.
- Work closely with technical, program, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are well-scoped, executable, and aligned with client goals.
- Strengthen internal handoffs and consistency between sales, delivery, and follow-through.
- Contribute practical insight to continuous improvement of how DVIRC brings services to market.
- Contribute to organizational planning, improvement, and growth initiatives tied to DVIRC’s Manufacturing Moonshot
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in consultative selling, market development, or business growth.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business challenges.
- Comfortable engaging owners, executives, and plant leaders and translating ambiguity into action.
- Outcomes-focused, curious, problem solver that has a system-minded headset.
- Motivated by impact, learning, and long-term contribution.
- Interest in growing into a broader leadership role, not just carrying a business development title.
- Backgrounds may include manufacturing, consulting/professional services, or manufacturing support organizations with leadership and P&L responsibility.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Why DVIRC
- Mission-driven work with visible, real-world impact.
- High visibility and meaningful responsibility with room to grow within a collaborative environment.
- Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and strong benefits.
- Nationally recognized for best-in-class manufacturing consulting and project services.
- A mission-driven organization with tangible economic and workforce impact.
- Competitive compensation, performance-based rewards, and comprehensive benefits.
