Position Overview

Due to rapid client growth, DVIRC is currently looking to build our team of inside Sales Support members.

In this role you will be supporting our Marketing Services team in its endeavors to help DVIRC and its clients, generate leads, increase sales, and top-line growth through our market development service delivery.

Primary responsibilities will include prospecting (by phone), client outreach, conducting telephone surveys for our customers, and collecting and recording data.

As a Business Development Specialist you will play a key role in researching, identifying, and qualifying high-fit opportunities aligned with our client’s capabilities.

Your efforts will directly support manufacturers who are eager to strengthen their business development pipeline through targeted lead generation support.

Requirements

  • Successful inside B2B sales -working with a manufacturer or in an industrial sales or technical environment a plus!
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
  • The ability to prospect by phone using a “soft sell” approach.
  • The ability to qualify decision makers.
  • A result driven mindset
  • A high level of proficiency using WORD, EXCEL, Salesforce, or comparable CRM system
