Lifecycle Cost Estimation & Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCCE/LCSP) and Acquisition Lifecycle Support

DVIRC-INSTITUTE FOR MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE (DVIRC) is seeking qualified contractors able to provide Acquisition Assistance & Support.  DVIRC is seeking responses to this RFP, and submissions are intended to provide content, experience, and knowledge in acquisition management, lifecycle sustainment, cost estimation, and cost validation.  Acquisition specialists will assist DVIRC and its customers move technology effectively and efficiently through the entire product lifecycle process. An understanding of the DOW Integrated Defense Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Life Cycle Management System is required.
