Department of War (DOW) Ecosystem Advisory Support

DVIRC-INSTITUTE FOR MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE (DVIRC) is seeking qualified contractors able to provide Department of War (DOW) Ecosystem Advisory Support.  DVIRC is seeking responses to this RFP, and submissions are intended to provide content, experience, and knowledge in acquisition management, medical logistics, sets, kits, and outfits lifecycle and modernization, and DOW ecosystem navigation.  Ecosystem Advisors will assist DVIRC and its customers understand the DOW technology transition ecosystem and the stakeholders involved. An understanding of the DOW Integrated Defense Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Life Cycle Management System is required.
