Leigh has 29 years of experience leading a broad range of organization development and business transformation efforts. She is a visionary, strategic, results-focused leader, with expertise in organization design, strategic planning, talent and leadership development, process improvement, employee engagement, and culture change. Leigh has worked in a variety of industries, including health care, construction materials, chemicals, and manufacturing. She is a dedicated change agent who has developed and led both small, and large-scale business transformation and organization development initiatives locally and globally.
Leigh founded her organization development consulting business, Performance Advantage Consulting LLC, in 2013. In this capacity, she works with a broad range of clients including state government agencies, and businesses of all sizes in varying industries. Leigh’s mission is to enable individuals, teams, and organizations to define and achieve success.
Before forming Performance Advantage, Leigh was the Senior Consultant, Organization Effectiveness at MeadWestvaco (MWV), a Fortune 300 global packaging manufacturer. In this role, she successfully partnered with leaders across the organization to develop and execute numerous business transformation and organization development initiatives. Prior to MWV, Leigh built and led the Organization Development and Training functions for Tredegar Corporation, Luck Stone Corporation, and Central Health Services. She also worked as an independent consultant for two years with AT&T on a large-scale culture change and performance improvement initiative.
Leigh holds an MS in Organization Development from American University in Washington, DC, a certificate in Education from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA, and a BS in Social Work, from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL.
