The Lean Champion certification program is a powerful second step for individuals who have completed their Level Lean Tools & Essentials Certification, Level One Lean Certification, or Six Sigma Green Belt and are looking to fortify and lead their organization’s continuous Lean Journey. This program is designed to ensure that participants can manage, measure, and lead their organization’s Lean transformation.
This certification will help participants further advance their Lean technical and leadership skills to be empowered to lead sustainable change within their organization.
With one-on-one support form a Lean Master Instructor, each participant will lead a continuous improvement project specific to his or her organization. Each project is expected to result in a minimum of $50,000 Return on Investment (ROI) for the business.
Our distinct “learn and apply” approach is proven to develop Lean leaders that can manage, measure, and lead their organization’s Lean transformation.
Participants will be offered the opportunity to host a class at their location to maximize the learning in an on-site situation that is applicable to their business. This program will also expose participants to some of the unique ways that Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMTs) can complement and enhance their Lean initiatives to reduce waste, increase production, and provide important data analytics to inform the business.
