Lessons Learned

With the near completion of the four initial projects, Westinghouse Lighting is in a stronger position to implement additional strategic initiatives. The company will continue the process by developing action plans around three key objectives: Positive Cash Flow, Sustainable Fixed Costs and creation of a Global Marketing/Licensing enterprise. Efforts have already begun to focus on optimizing Westinghouse Lighting’s new product development process. DVIRC will continue to support the company in achieving these goals.
