Winning Teams™ was developed over 10 years of delivering Lean Continuous Improvement training to hundreds of companies. It combines teaching Lean tools and skills development with leadership, coaching, and organizational learning. Our experts are available to partner with you to customize and adapt this program to meet your specific organizational needs. This offering is delivered at the convenience of your site.
Using the DVIRC “train and do” approach, participants focus on 3-5 projects that support the organization’s strategic goals. This greatly enhances the quality of the learning while providing a healthy Return on Investment. Each organization gains tremendous productivity value and the ability to sustain improvements through team-based problem solving, and utilizing the tools and methods of Continuous Improvement.
The program consists of 11 – 18 days that include Tactical Tool Sessions, Teaming and Management Development Sessions, Project Review days, and Coaching Days to ensure project performance. The minimum number of sessions we recommend is 11, which should include at least 3 project coaching days and 1 day for Team Presentations and Graduation. However we deliver at a pace and schedule that fit a company’s needs and capacity. Typical delivery is one session per week over a 3-6 month period.
