For Explorers, Beginners and Experienced Learners!

Publication of the book “Toyota Kata” in 2009 was the beginning of a different way
of thinking about and deploying Lean.  Today many organizations have made
practice of the Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata a part of daily work.  This
helps companies develop the capability of their people while simultaneously achieving
challenging goals.

  • How do we keep improvement going?
  • How do we align our organization so that daily improvements move us toward strategic goals?
  • How can we work to develop solutions scientifically, instead of trying to implement preconceived solutions?

The Kata Practitioner Day is a forum for everyone to hear first-hand from Mid-Atlantic region
companies practicing Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata.

Join us to hear practitioners share what they’ve learned so far, at this reasonably priced, high-value, single-day event.  Attendance is limited to 50 people, to ensure room for questions and discussions!

Guest Speakers:
