Keith Rolfe is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Aerzen USA, a company that was named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania in 2013 and 2015. He has more than a decade of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Administration. He has led and participated in organizational change initiatives in Fortune 500 and middle market companies as well as in the non-profit sector. He is passionate about education and believes that developing people is a path to sustainable corporate growth.
Anthony Wilkes, Continuous Improvement Manager, Black Belt, DSM Biomedical
Tony Wilkes is a Manager of Device Manufacturing Engineering at DSM Biomedical – Regenerative Materials Exton. Tony was hired at Kensey Nash Corporation in 2011 as part of Kensey Nash’s acquisition of the Norian Corporation from Synthes. His roles within Manufacturing Engineering focus on the management of engineering resources, ongoing support of manufacturing operations from a process and materials standpoint, and project management of contract manufacturing opportunities. He brings over 19 years of experience in the FDA-regulated industries of medical device, foods and consumer pharmaceuticals. Tony received a Black Belt certification in Lean and Six Sigma from the AIT Group (Chandler, AZ) in 2009.
Jevon Nyemscek, Commercialization Engineering Manager, DSM Biomedical
Jevon is the Commercialization Engineering Manager with DSM Biomedical. DSM offers the broadest portfolio of biomaterials and process manufacturing in the industry, working with medical device companies for over 25 years. Prior to this he had Product / Process Development responsibilities with Globus Medical. In all, Jevon has 11 years of medical device experience in biomaterials and bone grafts. Jevon has received Level 1 Lean and Green Belt Certifications, and he is currently completing his Black Belt Certification. He graduated from Drexel University with a BS/MS in Biomedical Engineering.
