Graduate! Philadelphia’s services can be tailored to meet the needs of our individual corporate clients. Our work covers four major stages: Explore and Prepare; Enroll; Persist; and Graduate. We provide support in-person, by phone, email and online, to remove the barriers facing adult students: ever-expanding yet unorganized information on resourced, financial issues, time and logistics constraints, academic preparation, and anxiety. Staff advisors and college partner advisors follow and support Comebackers from the initial contact through their college graduation. Advisors have expertise in academic advising, financial aid, learning strategies, retention, academic remediation, and have experience in a variety of two and four year college environments, helping Comebackers find the best fit college and academic program.

Attracting and maintaining a talented workforce is critical to the success of our City and our neighborhoods. Many adults are motivated to return to complete their degree, whether for personal satisfaction or for job advancement. An increasing number of local companies are offering their employees the opportunity to pursue a college education at little or no cost in order to maintain a competitive edge. DVIRC members, let us help you realize the best return on your investment in tuition assistance programs by collaborating to develop a driven, knowledgeable, and innovative labor force.
